1. Services
We provide auto body and paint, rim restoration, detailing, and ceramic coating. Photos in our portfolio are examples only; results vary by vehicle condition.
2. Quotes & Bookings
- Quotes are based on information and photos you provide and an in-person inspection. They are estimates, not binding offers.
- Additional work discovered during inspection will be communicated and priced before proceeding.
- We may require a deposit to hold an appointment or order materials.
3. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities
- Remove personal items from your vehicle before drop-off. We’re not responsible for valuables left inside.
- Disclose prior repairs, wraps, repaints, or non-OEM parts that may affect work.
- Provide accurate contact information and respond promptly to approve changes.
4. Paint, Correction & Coating Limitations
- Paint correction removes or reduces defects within safe limits of paint thickness. Some deep scratches, etching, and defects may remain.
- Ceramic coatings improve hydrophobicity and ease of maintenance but do not make a vehicle scratch-proof or maintenance-free.
- We may decline work if we believe desired results are not achievable or safe.
5. Photos & Marketing
We may photograph or film vehicles in our shop for documentation and marketing (e.g., website, Instagram), excluding license plates and personal identifiers. Tell us before drop-off if you do not want photos used.
6. Payments & Cancellations
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Deposits are applied to the final invoice.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may forfeit the deposit to cover allocated time and materials.
7. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience an issue, contact us within 7 days so we can inspect and address it. Manufacturer warranties (e.g., coating brands) apply according to their terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of use, rental cars).
9. Disputes
These Terms are governed by Florida law. Venue and jurisdiction are in Pinellas County, Florida.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; the latest version is posted here with the date above.
